Overall, this is an educational book designed to help you understand why multifamily is such a good low-risk investment. (I'd probably give the print version 4 stars.) But there are some charts and examples that would be better in print. I listened to the Audible version, which is good. If you're interested in multifamily housing (or just developing cashflow from real estate), then this book is very much worth reading.
